On 13 October the RSA Mindfulness Network will host Ed Halliwell, co-author of The Mindful Manifesto and editor of the All Party Parliamentary Group report MINDFUL NATION UK, who will review his new book.
Out now, Into The Heart of Mindfulness examines how mindfulness can help us recognise and let go of our unhelpful biases and habits, enable us to live more at peace with stress and uncertainty, cultivate cheerfulness and compassion, and lead us towards our life’s calling. Ed has walked this path himself and will share how mindfulness has helped him to create a richly nourishing and deeply textured life.
Tea and coffee will be available on arrival. This is a free event but please do register at the top of this page so we know that you will be joining us.

About the Network
The aim of the RSA London Mindfulness Network is to engage, educate, and inspire Fellows to practise mindfulness and empower them to mainstream mindfulness in their lives and communities. The network enables Fellows to access research, practice mindfulness together, and work with a network of practitioners, teachers, and Fellows to share strategies for incorporating mindfulness in our thoughts and words and deeds. An important goal of mindfulness is to create the conditions for the enlightened thinking and collaborative action needed to address today's most pressing challenges.
