Join us for the February session of the RSA Fellows’ Conscious Living Network as we explore something at the core of the RSA’s ethos – creativity.
Each of us has the potential to translate our imagination into creative actions - to make a useful, significant, joyful contribution to the world. Society in some ways has come to value creativity as a luxury waiting for us at self-actualisation, or a force given to some lucky geniuses and artists. However, the power to create lies in every individual if we make it a priority.
In this session we will look at practical ways to make creativity a priority amidst the daily grind. We will discuss ideas such as meeting the moment with curiosity and a sense of 'alive-ness', exploring practices that align you with a more spacious vision for life, and your participation in the moments of your life. We will looking into the significance of play and presence to facilitate the creative process.
Fellows will also have the opportunity to share their personal practical processes with the network, through an engaged learning discussion.
The Conscious Living Network creates the opportunity for people to increase their awareness, be conscious of their actions and learn how to live a more creative, inspired and balanced life, whilst sharing the latest scientific research and thought leadership. The network engages Fellows in the 'Power to Create' through a series of thought-provoking and interactive workshops, sharing wise and practical tools for daily living.
