In April, the RSA Mindfulness Network goes “natural” to explore and expand awareness of ourselves through mindfulness. It will also open awareness of our environment through eco-psychology to consider how our health is entwined with a healthy relationship with our environment.
The three keystone skills of mindfulness are:
• An ability to marshal our attention
• Opening of our awareness
• To experience each moment with acceptance
The session will include mindfulness exercises, an exploration of the emerging science of eco-psychology, and, of course, networking with like-minded Fellows.
Tea and coffee available on arrival. This is a free event but please do register so we know that you will be joining us.

About this Network
The aim of the RSA London Mindfulness Network is to engage, educate, and inspire Fellows to practise mindfulness and empower them to mainstream mindfulness in their lives and communities. The network enables Fellows to access research, practice mindfulness together, and work with a network of practitioners, teachers, and Fellows to share strategies for incorporating mindfulness in our thoughts, words, and deeds. An important goal of mindfulness is to create the conditions for the enlightened thinking and collaborative action needed to address today's most pressing challenges.
