Find out why rewilding is critical to our environment, health, and wellbeing.
Come and join us for the first event in a lunchtime series in collaboration with Transform. At this session we’ll hear from Chris Sperring MBE on rewilding and its potential in the west country. He’ll be in conversation with the host, Nicky Saunter FRSA.
Chris Sperring is a professional wildlife conservationist working for Hawk and Owl Trust. He also presents and broadcasts on TV and radio, lectures on a wide range of subjects, is a wildlife photographer, writes articles for magazines and newspapers, and writes music as a guitarist for the environment/wildlife rock band Raptor. He lives in the West Country and knows its wild ways.
Nicky Saunter is an RSA fellow and an entrepreneur known for her work in sustainable business and business ethics, who now works as CEO for Transform, a global drug policy thinktank based in Bristol. She lives in Somerset, is a trustee of the Somerset Wildlife Trust, and is fascinated by all things wild.
