Join us for the first meeting of our autumn/winter season, where we’ll be joined by Max Moullin, RSA Fellow and director of the Public Sector Scorecard Research Centre, Sheffield.
Over the summer, we have expanded our core group and developed plans for a further series of events, which will enable us to explore the theme of creativity in public services as well as allowing participants to debate and learn through different creative event formats.
This first event will enable participants to explore and practice using structured methods to develop and assess creative approaches to public service design and delivery. It will focus on three aspects:
Developing creative thinking to deliver better outcomes for users and other stakeholders;
Working across organisational and departmental boundaries;
How to create a culture of improvement, innovation, and learning rather than a top-down blame culture.
