Join us in Truro for a discussion on evolutionary purpose in enterprise.
The work of Frederic Laloux in his book Reinventing Organisations has offered us a tantalising glimpse of a new, radically different model for very successful organisations. Exploring across all sectors around the globe, Laloux identified three common themes that can help reinvent organisations in a fundamental way, namely wholeness, self management, and evolutionary purpose.
In this workshop Nick Parker FRSA and Lee Norburn from nowlab will explore the meaning of evolutionary purpose in the workplace and consider practical examples of how organisations might sense and respond as they find their way.
If you are curious about reinventing your business or organisation for the 21st century, or want to network with other forward thinking professionals and identify some simple changes you can start exploring, please join us at this workshop.
If you have any questions, please email Nick Parker FRSA at nickofexeter@outlook.com.
