Croydon is going through a major transformation. But what kind of change do we want? And how can arts and culture help to develop an urban space we'd love to live in?

Join the RSA Fellow-led Croydon Network for an evening of participative discussions and networking.

There will also be the chance to see documentary 'My Town and Me' (working title), by artist Hale Man and Steve Littman, a filmmaker and Croydon College tutor. During her time as Whitgift Centre residential artist, Hale Man has met Croydon residents of different backgrounds and walks of life, and has been fascinated by the richness and variety of their vision for Croydon.

For her documentary Hale interviewed a number of local artists, intellectuals, community activists, and officials. Paula Murray, Creative Director, Croydon Council, who was one of the interviewees, will be present to take part in a discussion and answer your questions. Croydon Council Leader Tony Newman will attend as well.

The evening will be hosted by broadcaster and presenter Olga Betko FRSA.

Drinks and nibbles will be served.
