This November, the RSA London Mindfulness Network will investigate “Mindfulness in Our Daily Lives”.
Join like-minded Fellows to learn and share ways to embed Mindfulness in your daily life. From managing email, to “monotasking” which create quality moments, to showing compassion for others and ourselves, come and hear how to apply the principles and methods of mindfulness throughout your day.
We'll be engaging in facilitated mindfulness exercises, networking with like-minded Fellows and sharing ways to integrate mindfulness into your daily thoughts, words and actions.
If you have any questions, or to let us know of any access requirements, severe nut allergies, or reasonable adjustments you may have, please email the RSA team: [email protected].
About This Network
The aim of the Mindfulness Network is to engage, educate and inspire Fellows to practise mindfulness and empower them to integrate mindfulness into their lives and communities. The Network enables Fellows to access research, practice Mindfulness together and work with a network of practitioners, teachers and Fellows to share practical interventions. The joint goal of Mindfulness and the RSA is to create the conditions for the enlightened thinking and collaborative action needed to address today's most pressing challenges.
Location: The Romney Room, RSA House, 8 John Adam St, London, WC2N 6EZ
