In this workshop Nick Parker FRSA and Lee Norburn from nowlab will explore the meaning of wholeness in the workplace and consider practical examples of how it might be enabled and encouraged.

We will be focusing on the work of Frederic Laloux in his book Reinventing Organisations, which has offered us a tantalising glimpse of a new, radically different model for very successful organisations. Exploring across all sectors around the globe Laloux identified three common themes that can help reinvent organisations in a fundamental way: wholeness, self management, and evolutionary purpose.

If you are curious about reinventing your business or organisation for the 21st century, and want to network with other forward thinking professionals and identify some simple changes you can explore today, please join us at this workshop. Email nickofexeter@outlook.com if you have any questions.

The event is free but booking is required as numbers are limited.

If you have any access requirements or require any reasonable adjustments, please let the RSA team know: networks@rsa.org.uk.
