This February, the RSA London Mindfulness Network will be exploring the mind’s amazing capacity to generate thoughts and how mindfulness can help us to observe and manage our ever-flowing stream of consciousness.
This event will be hosted by Zinc which channels venture capital into new companies that solve the developed world’s toughest social issues.
The session on Tuesday 20 February will include guided mindfulness exercises and a look into mind and thoughts. This session is open to those with existing mindfulness practices as well as beginners.
We are most grateful to host Paul Lam FRSA, and co-host Jeremy Christey who are graciously providing the Zinc venue for this February event. The RSA London Mindfulness Network is always seeking interesting and accessible venues for our monthly network event, so please contact us if you have a place in mind.

ABOUT THIS NETWORK
The aim of the Mindfulness Network is to engage, educate, and inspire Fellows to practise mindfulness and empower them to integrate mindfulness into their lives and communities. The Network enables Fellows to access research, practice mindfulness together and work with a network of practitioners, teachers, and Fellows to share practical interventions. The joint goal of mindfulness and the RSA is to create the conditions for the enlightened thinking and collaborative action needed to address today's most pressing challenges.
On signing up for this event you will automatically be added to the mailing list for the RSA Mindfulness Network. If you do not wish to receive future emails from this network, please let us know.
