Creating the Impossible: 60 Minute Webinar on Thinking Outside the Box to Make Big Ideas a Reality, with 'Supercoach' Michael Neill.

What if you could accomplish more than you ever imagined without the constant stress and pressure associated with goal setting and high achievement?

The RSA is a home for ideas that have the potential to enrich society and shape the future for the better. Sometimes, though, the scale of change can seem overwhelming: the public policy challenges, organisational change, or creative solutions needed can look so large as to appear unfeasible within our lifetimes, or within our capacity, let alone within a 90-day project timeline...

Well, not according to 'supercoach' Michael Neill.

Michael has taught 'Creating the Impossible' since 2009, has worked with hundreds of clients and students on projects as diverse as reaching millions with a message, getting a painting in MOMA, and implementing large-scale change projects.

What Michael knows is that it takes something different from simple 'hard work' to achieve the impossible; it takes letting go of what you think is possible; and, more specifically, letting go of what you think is possible for you.

When we give ourselves over to the serendipity that occurs when we let go, events seem to conspire in our favour.  But is this a real phenomenon and how do we create 'serendipity on demand'?

In this 60 minute interactive and lively presentation, brought to the Fellowship by the RSA Coaching Network, Michael will share his understanding and take as many questions as possible.

Coaches and non-coaches are invited to join in with your ideas, even if you haven't formulated a clear vision yet. Bring your questions, your scepticism, and your experience and let's see what might be possible for you, as you go about creating positive change in the world.

If you have any access requirements or require any reasonable adjustments, please let the team know: networks@rsa.org.uk.

This event will be hosted by RSA Fellows Cathy Presland and Amina Aitsi-Selmi (RSA Coaching Network) and will be recorded and shared later on the RSA Fellows’ Forum.
