The RSA Fellowship is buzzing with networks, Fellow-led events, and Fellowship projects, all working in different and innovative ways – have you ever been curious about how they work? How they got started? How they organise? Who the Fellows are leading the work?
In response to requests for online networking events to share experiences, ideas and connections, we’re excited to curate a series of participatory, online events focused on nurturing an RSA community of practice.
About the series
There will be three sessions on the topics of: Fellow-led Thematic Networks, Place-based Networks, and Fellowship Projects. You are welcome to join for one, two, or all of them.
The event is designed for Fellows already leading RSA activities - to connect with and learn from each other, though all are warmly welcome. We encourage those curious about running RSA activity to join in, get a sense of what initiating activity entails, and connect with support.
Each session will feature a panel of Fellows who will share their experiences, challenges and best practices in running activity with the RSA, followed by opportunities for questions and wider discussion. We will ensure plenty of time for Fellows to network in the session, with the hope that these supportive connections will continue afterwards.
Fellowship Projects Session
Our Power to Create approach supports Fellows to look for innovative solutions that will be sustainable in the long term and develop projects to drive change with support from RSA staff. RSA projects have developed responses to government consultations, designed programmes addressing social issues such as youth unemployment, and supported the RSA’s change aims at the local level amongst other activity.
This event will take place via online conferencing platform, Zoom. You will receive the unique link to this meeting a week before the event, and again as a reminder 30 minutes before.
