Join the RSA Isle of Wight Network for our May meeting. Meet up with Fellows on the Isle of Wight and hear about, or get involved with, projects that Fellows are leading locally.
The focus of this Network meeting will be enterprise farming on the Isle of Wight and will take place at the Garlic Farm, a major supplier of garlic in the UK and popular visitor destination, complete with a shop and café/restaurant.
Joining us for this meeting is Colin Boswell of the Garlic Farm, who will speak on how they built the business. Also joining will be James Attril, from a syndicate that owns and runs a biomass plant on the island, and Paul Griffin from Briddlesford Farm (dairy farmers, cheesemakers and visitor destination).
The Garlic Farm has a licensed restaurant where those who want to can eat after the meeting in the conference/education room. RSVPs are essential – please email Jonathan Peel (jonathan.peel@millimages-uk.com) by Wednesday 2nd May so he can confirm numbers to see if the dinner is viable.
