What is it that helps us make the step-up from good to great, and can being "good enough" hold us back, in work, in life and in our potential to create social change.

In this session we'll bring lessons from coaching, and from coaching leaders in particular, to explore what the top performers seem to do differently to the rest of us. In this dynamic and thoughtful event, participants will explore what ‘great’ means to them, how to recognise it in their own organisations and individuals, and how to implement for themselves to take that step from good to great.

This is particularly relevant for fellows working on social impact projects because it isn’t always the obvious what makes the difference. Come along and learn what you can do to become a more powerful source of social change.

We’ll explore:

  • What does ‘great’ mean and how do we know it when we see it?
  • How to notice those moments of ‘greatness’ in ourselves and how they feel different than other times.
  • How to encourage it in others—colleagues, clients and team members.

The evening will be lively and engaging and participants will have a chance to interact with each other as they work through the activities.

Location: Dr Cross Room, Rawthmells, RSA House, 8 John Adam Street, London, WC2N 6EZ
