Join us for an evening of asking and answering thought-provoking questions in a dynamic, networking event.
This event is collaboratively offered by the RSA Coaching Network, RSA South East and UnLtd, the Foundation for Social Entrepreneurs.
HOW IT WORKS
The “speed-coaching” structure will get you interacting with many people in the room, and help you experience a range of different perspectives on an issue you’d like to resolve in your social or community business or your social impact project.
You’ll get to coach and be coached by swapping partners in a facilitated way.
WHY IT WORKS
Creating change is not a solo sport. The better we can ask for and offer support, the more effectively we can leverage wider expertise and ideas to facilitate positive social change.
Coaching is increasingly recognised as a powerful approach to catalyse progress in business and work. Experience what this means in practice at this collaborative speed-coaching event organised by the RSA Coaching Network and RSA Brighton.
WHO IT’S FOR
The event is designed for anyone interested in, or willing to support social businesses and projects focused on social good. Learn and practice the coaching ‘ingredients’ that can make for powerful support, receive practical help, or perhaps have an ah-ha moment or a new insight into your challenge or aspiration.
It makes no difference for this event whether you have experience as a coach or not. We are all here to learn from each other, to make a contribution and to practise powerful conversations.
