RSA Fellows and guests from across the private, public and third sectors are invited to register to hear Mark Elliott speak about the work of CivTech and the options for purposeful collaboration and involvement by the private, public and third sectors across the Scottish Borders

Mark Elliott has extensive experience in building and delivering Accelerator programmes, coaching and mentoring start-ups and entrepreneurs.

Of himself Mark writes: "I’m leading a brilliant team driving daring and innovation in the public sector by collaboratively solving challenges that make people’s lives better. "

Delegates may also like to know that Mark is or recently has been also involved in consultancy in the UK and internationally. He has been involved in StoryWorld Productions, Ghosti Limited (offering evidence-based insight, strategic advice, realisable plans and hands-on practical help). Recent projects have included work for Newcastle upon Tyne, Turkey, and the Barbados Government. Expertise has been gained in the raising of millions of pounds for capital projects and delivery. His aim, he says, "is always to always to cut through the noise, see things anew, and harness the insights allowing one to make a difference".
