Hear bold ideas from HR Directors, exec leaders, innovators and managers on supporting parents to thrive at work, and what they’ve learnt on implementation.
Too often parents feel they have to choose between being a good parent and a fulfilling career. This event, jointly hosted by the RSA and Leaders Plus, seeks to showcase inspiring and brave ideas to support parents in the workplace.
At this informal breakfast event you will hear from a wide range of speakers who are implementing bold ideas to support parents at work and address the gender pay gap. You will be able to share your ideas by networking with like-minded HR Directors, exec leaders, and fellow working parents.
Speakers include Alan Lockey, the Head of the Future Work Centre at the RSA; a number of HR Directors and exec leaders who implemented change and learnt lessons to support parents as well Hanna Pimavana, a winner of the RSA’s Student Design Awards on Shared Parental Leave.
Babies are welcome to join – there are highchairs and baby change facilities at RSA House.
