Too often parents feel they have to choose between being a good parent and a fulfilling career. This event, jointly hosted by the RSA and Leaders Plus, seeks to showcase inspiring and brave ideas to support parents in the workplace.
At this informal breakfast event you will hear from a wide range of speakers who are implementing bold ideas to support parents at work and address the gender pay gap. You will be able to share your ideas by networking with like-minded HR directors, exec leaders, and fellow working parents.
