Daniele Fiandaca is co-founder at Token Man and part of ‘The Great British Diversity Experiment’. Token Man is an initiative to give men a better understanding of the challenges women face in the workplace to achieve better empathy when they’re in the minority. Daniele is also co-founder of Creative Social, a global collective that connects progressive brands and creative leaders with business and culture, and runs Mutant, a consultancy that helps brands and agencies deliver change and growth opportunities through collaboration, creativity and innovation.
