David Albury
Design and Development Director, GELP
David Albury, design and development director, GELP, is an independent policy and organisational consultant specialising in developing and implementing strategies to address complex issues in education and public services. In addition to his role as design and development director of GELP, David is director of Innovation Unit, visiting professor in Innovation Studies at King’s College London, an associate of the Institute for Government, fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and former principal adviser in the UK Prime Minister’s Strategy Unit.
