Giselle is a former BBC news journalist who worked as a reporter and producer on local and national radio, including on BBC Radio 4's flagship programmes The World at One and PM. She has also worked in political communications and campaigns. She now runs Constructive Voices, an NCVO project that promotes constructive journalism and shares solutions-focused stories, sourced from charities, social enterprises and other innovating organisations, with the media.
