John Mulholland

John Mulholland took over as Editor of The Observer at the beginning of 2008. 

A native of Dublin, Ireland he has worked in journalism for over 25 years.  Previously he has been Deputy Editor of The Observer and Media Editor of The Guardian.  He has also presented programmes on both radio and television for the BBC and Channel 4.
