Director of Research at Queen Square Brain Bank for Neurological disorders

Dr Tammaryn Lashleyis the Director of Research at Queen Square Brain Bank for Neurological disorders.  She has published 121 papers, focusing on the pathological characterisation of post-mortem human brains with a neurodegenerative disease. Alongside her research work, Tammaryn teaches at UCL and is a graduate tutor in the Department of Neurodegenerative Disease. She co-chairs the ARUK UCL Network Centre which organises public and scientific events in order to raise the profile of dementia research. She has also contributed to the BBC documentary ‘The Truth About … Dementia,’ the ‘Victoria Derbyshire Show’ and ‘The One Show’.
