Want to test the limits of your creativity? Alexander Lushnikov FRSA has just launched an exclusive paid residency led by world renowned artist Alexander James
Running in partnership with Saatchi & Saatchi and the University of the Arts London, the programme is offering residencies for nine exceptional individuals: two creative writers, two composers, two artist assistants two camera operators and one video editor.
They will be brought together to craft surreal art in a single setting, as part of a global challenge directed by Alexander James. The programme will produce a unique collective artwork for final exhibition at a prestigious venue in London this October.
If you know anyone who you think would be a good fit for the vacancies offered, please share this with them and remember - the only criterion is talent.
This residency and its participants will be continuously covered in news using social media power (14,000+ followers on Twitter), PR connections and contacts at Saatchi & Saatchi with tweets, posts, articles, videos and interviews to come.
Why is it so important to nuture creativity?
If you'd like to know more about the thinking behind the project, Alexander Lushnikov recently delivered a TEDxLSE talk about why creativity is the defining concept of the 21st century.
The residency is being launched by Chainy - an online platform that aims to connect creative people with creative tasks. This project is a first one of its kind to demonstrate how Chainy works. Established artists in the industry will use Chainy to find the right individuals and provide them with opportunities for creative collaboration. Find out more at www.chainy.com
