Verena Hefti FRSA supports leaders with babies to continue to develop their careers while looking after their young children through a pioneering new fellowship.
The programme is run by social enterprise Leaders Plus, and supported by an RSA Catalyst Award.
The programme combines a House of Commons event, access to inspirational role models & mentors with workshops focused on career development and support to overcome barriers such as a session with a sleep consultant.
Fellows on the programme are welcome to take along their babies to sessions if they wish to do so.
The programme is for middle & senior managers and leaders with significant childcare responsibilities for children under two. Candidates may be pregnant, on maternity/shared parental leave or have returned to work in the last year. All genders are encouraged to apply.
Together, the fellows will develop their careers and build a movement for positive change so that in the future, no parent has to decide between caring for their child and continuing to develop their leadership career.
