RSA Transform

What is RSA Transform?

What is RSA Transform?

RSA Transform is an ambitious programme supporting projects that have the potential to transform society by mobilising the RSA’s unique resources behind the bold visions of our Fellows. Projects benefit from a dedicated RSA staff member who will help design and implement a bespoke programme of support.

This could be identifying valuable expertise from within the Fellowship; convening influential stakeholders; or amplifying a message to mobilise people around a call to action - transforming radical ideas into practical action that change our communities for the better.

HOW DOES TRANSFORM WORK

  • We work closely with Fellows so we can have the biggest impact. This means we can only work with a small number of projects at any time.
  • We are currently supporting two projects and hope to bring a further project on board in 2019.
  • All enquiries we receive are reviewed by staff and a panel of elected Fellowship Councillors.

Buurtzorg Britain and Ireland

Buurtzorg is a pioneering healthcare organisation established 10 years ago with a nurse-led model of holistic care and self-managed teams that has revolutionised community care in the Netherlands. Can this work to the UK & Ireland?

The RSA Transform programme has been crucial in supporting Greater London Mutual (GLM) move from concept to reality. The RSA has connected us to key stakeholders; brought Fellows with significant expertise on to our board; and a growing number of Fellows are registering to join our movement. Working with the RSA we will create a bank committed to driving a more inclusive growth in our economy.
