What is the RSA?
For over 260 years we have built a powerful network of people who are dedicated to enriching society and shaping the future through ideas and action.
Historic RSA House combines Georgian splendour with high quality contemporary design and is a versatile space suitable for a variety of events, with high-ceilinged ballrooms, stylish exposed brick vaults and intimate, Adam-designed rooms.
A spectacular room where natural light from the domed glass ceiling illuminates the celebrated paintings, which include The Progress of Human Knowledge, by James Barry. The Great Room is air-conditioned and can be completely blacked out for presentations.
A spacious and elegant ground floor room featuring a dramatic Troika chandelier, which reflects geometric patterns onto the ceiling, and two original Adam fireplaces. The large window floods the room with daylight and provides a stunning view of the Strand.
Originally river-front warehouses, the Vaults, with their exposed 18th century brickwork, offer a striking contrast to the splendour of the rooms above. The interconnecting spaces when used together create an impressive backdrop for parties and weddings.
