RSA Engage: Glasgow 2018

Fellowship events

  • Fellowship in Action

In 1754, William Shipley founded the RSA with a belief that the creativity of ideas could enrich social progress. Over 250 years later, we’ve taken inspiration and developed a series of Engage events across the UK to engage with, encourage, and support our Fellowship community to turn their ideas into action.

Join us at RSA Engage in Glasgow to discover and support projects that are tackling 21st century challenges, make new connections within the local Fellowship network, and contribute to the mission of the RSA.

A mix of ideas will be pitched, followed by an opportunity for you to ask questions, find out more from the people driving them forward and volunteer your support.

A CALL TO ACTION

RSA Engage provides a brilliant platform to ignite and share your ideas. Applications have closed for this event. Confirmed speakers will be uploaded to the RSA webpage soon.

MORE INFORMATION

RSA Engage events are a mix of short project pitches and facilitated networking. Each pitch will conclude with a call to action, encouraging the audience to share their skills and experience to help further the project. In between project pitches, there are short bursts of networking where you’ll be able to spark new connections and talk to the project pitchers about how you can support their work. There will also be opportunities to find out more about the RSA, our main areas of work, and how you can engage with our network of 29,000 Fellows.

RSA Engage is free to attend and open to anybody interested in finding out more and supporting the work of the RSA.

Location: Scottish Recovery Consortium, 30 Bell St, Glasgow G1 1LG.
