Paul Buddery
Former Deputy Director of Public Services and Communities
Paul led the development of the Public Service and Communities projects, and oversaw their delivery.
He has been involved in public service delivery and strategy for over a decade, specialising in cross sector partnerships, and came to the RSA having acted as a senior policy advisor to the Children's Commissioner for England.
While with the 2020 Public Services Trust, Paul delivered a wide-ranging research programme that included citizen engagement and work on equality and diversity.
Key projects at the RSA included reviews of further education, environmental protection and management, and the public interest role of audit.
