Incluyeme

An online job platform for people with disabilities in Latin America

The unemployment rate for people with disabilities in Latin America is an astounding 70%, affecting more than 30 million people. Traditional job portals in the region lack the capability to identify people with disabilities and don’t provide the service these individuals need once they do get an interview or job offer.

Incluyeme is a job platform specifically for people with disabilities and works with employers to make their vacancies accessible for this untapped group of workers.

Current and Future Impact

Incluyeme has helped more than 1,400 people with disabilities find and secure a job, transforming their lives and the lives of their families. The platform is now the largest database of disabled job seekers in Latin America, with more than 200,000 registered users. Over 10,000 opportunities are advertised each month, from 350 companies including Accenture, Ford and JP Morgan.

Incluyeme already has a foothold in Argentina, Chile, Peru, Colombia, and Mexico, and has identified 3,000 high potential employers for expansion.
