The government has recently confirmed that they will be publishing a green paper on children and young people's mental health, with a focus on the impact of social media. Whilst the green paper is welcome, Alison Critchley, Chief Executive of RSA Academies, argues that the authors should consider the impact of the education system itself on teenagers' health and well-being, and not confine themselves to looking at social media.
