This September, the RSA London Mindfulness Network will introduce “Mindful Movement” to open our awareness of the connection between mind and body.
We will review the essential principles of mindfulness, facilitate practical exercises, and network in groups to share our experiences in practising mindfulness in our everyday lives. Join us at this event to engage in a series of facilitated mindful movement exercises, network with like-minded Fellows, and share ways to integrate mindfulness into your daily thoughts, words, and actions.
