RSA International Development Network: Spotlight - RSA

RSA International Development Network: Spotlight

Fellowship events

 -

Jerwood Space, London

Got a new international development idea, or a new way of doing things? Do you want to hear about the amazing projects that Network members are undertaking? Join us at RSA Fellow-led International Development Network: Spotlight.

This event will be for any and all ideas relating to international development: advocacy, marketing, storytelling, or just something that you feel people need to talk about. The only requirement for taking the floor for 10 minutes is that you must have an ask or challenge for the assembled audience which will then be discussed in the following 15 minute Q&A. This can be as simple as “can I have some feedback?” or as complicated as brainstorming a particular issue you’re having.

If you would like to present or have any questions, contact Network Lead Adam Boxer FRSA directly: [email protected]

For everyone else, this will be an awesome opportunity to see what others are actively doing or thinking in the international development sector. It provides the Network with a unique opportunity to support them in their endeavours.

About this Network…
With the launch of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) it is now more than ever that a more connected and coordinated approach to solving the world's biggest challenges is needed. In the true spirit of SDG 17, the International Development Network is about fostering collaboration. Collaboration through discussion, ideation, and practice.

The network is open to anyone with an interest, vested or otherwise, in the development of our global neighbours and communities.

The primary aim is to create a supportive environment for the sharing of ideas, best practice, and outside-the-box thoughts on how best to create sustainable positive impact. The secondary focus is to foster cross-sector relationships and transfers of knowledge.

If you have a suggestion for a topic that the network can explore, a project we might work on collaboratively, and/or are interested in leading activity, please get in touch.
