Enriching Essex through Ideas and Action with RSA Essex

Fellowship Event

The Transition, Chelmsford

  • Fellowship

October marks a year since the first RSA Essex meetup at The Transition when Andy and Nikki began hosting the local RSA Network. We’ve run a host of events since and it’s now time to set the future vision.

All interested in catalysing and developing changemaking and creative ideas in Essex are invited to join us from 6pm for drinks and nibbles and to contribute to an RSA map with a twist!  Starting promptly at 6.30pm, Fellow Kwesi Johnson from The Cultural Assembly will guide us through a fun, practical and interactive session to define an RSA Essex approach for the future.

Whether you are a details person, mover, shaker, connector or creator, who wants to contribute to the future vision and manifesto for RSA Essex, then we want you to be to help shape what comes next and help us ensure that our vision is integrated with the many other changemaking initiatives growing across the county.

We will be using design thinking and a practical approach to populate a business model canvas that will form a foundation and value proposition that is grounded in the RSA's mission 'To enrich society through ideas and action'.

The session will also include plenty of time for networking and conversation.

We’re meeting at The Transition in Chelmsford, just minutes from the bus and railway stations.  For those driving, the nearest parking is Fairfield Road which is £1 after 5pm.  If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to get in touch with Nikki ([email protected]) or Andy ([email protected]).

If you have any access requirements or require any reasonable adjustments, please let the team know: [email protected]. Please also let us know if you have any dietary requirements or severe allergies.

Please let us know you’re coming by booking your place (above).

Location: The Transition, The Anne Knight Buildings, City Park West, Fenton Court, Chelmsford, CM1 1LW
