RSA Watch: How to Revive Community

Fellowship Event

 -

The Transition, Chelmsford

  • Fellowship
  • Fellowship in Action

Please join us to watch a recent RSA talk “How to Revive Community in a Polarised World”. The talk will “explore community in a world that’s left civil society behind” and will open the way for us to have a discussion to reflect on what this means in an Essex context.

In order to recognise what’s happening in our own community, we’ll also aim to take a pause for some “community announcements”. These are an opportunity for you to stand up for 30 seconds in the spotlight to share information on community activities that you’d like attendees to join in with. Are you part of a local group or network that might be of interest to RSA friends? Running an event that you’d like to invite people to or know about an opportunity to get involved in a community project? Here’s your chance to tell us!

Please arrive from 6.30pm, ready to be in your seats for a prompt 7pm start to the film. Reflections, discussion and networking will then follow from 8pm to 9pm.

If you have any access requirements or require any reasonable adjustments, please let the team know: networks@rsa.org.uk. Please also let us know if you have any dietary requirements or severe allergies.

Please let us know you’re coming by booking your place (above).

Location: The Transition, The Anne Knight Buildings, Fenton Court, City Park West, Chelmsford CM1 1LW
