Join Anton Howes, RSA Historian in Residence, and Andrew Park, the mural artist, who will be in conversation about drawing history and the creation of the mural in Rawthmells, an 11 metre artwork that tells the history of The RSA, from its inception to the present day.

In this second edition of a sold out event, Anton and Andrew will explore how the RSA helped to change the world from the enlightenment to the industrial revolution and beyond. They will share insights into the creative process, behind the scenes sketches of the mural as a work-in-progress, and will reveal some of the secrets and in-jokes hidden in the detailed artwork.

We are delighted to invite you to this enlightening evening talk from the team that created the Rawthmells Mural. Please note that whilst there are limited spaces available, we will be adding another date in October. If the talk is fully booked but you are interested in attending, please add yourself to the waiting list so that we can let you know as soon as the next event in the series is published.
