Join us for the next Isle of Wight Network Meeting.

For this special network meeting to celebrate five years of the Isle of Wight RSA Network, we are really pleased to welcome the Chief Executive Officer of the Royal Society of Arts, Matthew Taylor.

Matthew Taylor has been Chief Executive of the RSA since 2006. He has blogged over 1,200 times on topics ranging from policy, politics, public service reform and cultural theory, to the RSA itself.

Prior to becoming Chief Executive of the RSA, Matthew was Chief Adviser on Political Strategy to the Prime Minister. He was the Director of the Institute for Public Policy Research between 1999 and 2003, has written numerous articles, and is a regular panellist on Radio 4’s Moral Maze.

Matthew’s blog can be found here.

Matthew will be talking about the work of the RSA and the future plans of the organisation.

This will also be a great opportunity to meet with Fellows on the Isle of Wight and hear about, or get involved with, projects that Fellows are leading locally, including:

  • IOW RSA Network’s Schools Business Project – Jonathan Peel FRSA, IOW Network Co-convener.

  • Tech Island – How the IOW RSA inspired this important Island project –
Christina Conroy OBE FRSA, IOW Network member.

  • Tech Island, now renamed Digital Island, today – Chris Ashman, Director of Regeneration, Isle of Wight Council.

Please book your place using the link above.

If you have any access requirements or require any reasonable adjustments, please let the team know: [email protected]. Please also let us know if you have any dietary requirements or severe allergies.
