Our Nominations and Governance Panel
The RSA Nominations and Governance Panel recommends to the RSA Trustee Board nominees for all appointments and awards; supervises both the admission of Fellows into membership and the Society’s annual election process; ensures that the RSA Trustee Board comprises a balance of skills, knowledge, and experience; supervises disciplinary matters related to Fellowship; and annually reviews the RSA’s governance structure.

Our Trustees and Committees
The RSA Trustee Board are responsible for ensuring that the charitable objectives of the society are carried out and that the organisation is run in an appropriate, legal way.
Our People and Remuneration Committee
This committee is appointed by the Board of Trustees to assist the Board of Trustees in discharging its HR responsibilities with regard to the remuneration of the Chief Executive Officer and the Executive Team.
Our Audit and Risk Committee
This committee is a sub-committee of the RSA Trustee Board responsible for independently reporting and making recommendations to the Board on the internal budget and more.
