Alexandra Krawiec (Poznan, Poland)

Dr. Alexandra Krawiec leads data acquisition and AI projects at Optopol, leveraging her expertise in leadership and decision-making to navigate complex organizational landscapes and deliver high-quality data for specialized AI models. Her work ensures data integrity and relevance for cutting-edge artificial intelligence applications in medical technology. Beyond her corporate role, Alex brings over a decade of experience with RSA Global as RSA’s representative in Poland. Throughout the years she has collaborated on numerous initiatives with RSA fellows, partners, and friends globally. She serves on RSA’s Responsible AI Steering Committee, helping shape ethical frameworks for AI applications

Vincenzo Di Maria (Bologna, Italy)

Vincenzo Di Maria is a service design practitioner, professional trainer, and facilitator with international experience. He is the founder of commonground, an independent design studio based in Bologna (Italy), specialised in participatory processes and multi-stakeholder projects. He collaborates with universities, incubators, and innovation hubs on design research, teaching, mentoring, and coaching. He is the author of Start Small, service design for SMEs, published by UXUniversity. An FRSA since 2008, he has lived and worked in London and Lisbon.
