Francesco is a Fellowship Councillor for Europe and Africa.

As a PhD in Management, I’ve been dedicated to the management and promotion of cultural heritage for years, working alongside public and private organisations as an organisational and communications consultant, and developing original projects.

I am the Head of Delegation for the FAI Naples (the equivalent of the National Trust), a member of the ICOM Campania regional coordination committee and Governor for the Management and Promotion of Cultural Heritage at the Pio Monte della Misericordia, home to one of the absolute masterpieces of art history: Caravaggio’s Seven Works of Mercy.

Over the years, my work and research have focused on the role of digital technology in museums, audience development strategies, and new forms of cultural engagement. In recent years, I have developed several cultural promotion projects, particularly documentaries that tell fascinating and often forgotten stories. These projects have a specific goal: to recount our cultural heritage, fostering awareness, respect, and new perspectives for its promotion, both among citizens and institutions. Alongside documentaries, I run the video podcast “Fattore Cultura,” a space for 360° discussion and dissemination, with guests from the world of culture and the podcast “Architectures of Naples: buildings and churches that speak.”
