Chloe is a Fellowship Councillor for Asia and Oceania.

Chloe Yan Li is a cultural strategist and ecosystem builder with a unique trajectory from hands-on creative producer to strategic leader. Her career spans two decades across screen production, cultural research, and public policy, operating at the intersection of creative practice and structural innovation.

She is the founder of Art Finance Innovation (AFI), a pioneering initiative supported by Asialink at the University of Melbourne. AFI investigates how ethical models from the digital game economy can be translated into sustainable funding frameworks for the arts, positioning Australia as a Oceania-Asia hub for cultural innovation that connects global communities.
