Our history distilled

The RSA has helped shape society since the Enlightenment and has been at the forefront of significant social impact since it was founded in 1754.

We draw on our unique blend of history and modernity, offering innovative mixology and refreshing drinks in partnership with Company of Cooks and Idyll Drinks.

With cocktails from celebrated mixologist Marcis Dzelzainis, we offer creative yet approachable serves with innovative ingredients.

Behind the bar, our celebrated mixologist team craft drinks rooted in sustainable‑first British ingredients, wild botanicals, and rewilding partnerships. Each cocktail reflects traceable provenance, from home‑made distillates to local ciders from Fine Cider Co and ethically curated wine lists.
