Shirley is Head of Facilities.
Shirley is Head of Facilities, managing and maintaining RSA House which comprises 5 Grade 1 and 2 listed houses. Shirley’s team works alongside our catering partner to deliver events and welcomes and supports our Fellows, visitors and guests and our people working from our offices.
Shirley joined the RSA in 1997 as a Duty Manager, overseeing and managing external events and weddings. She’s progressed to the Head of Facilities role since then, seeing many changes over the years. Previously she managed Front of House teams in several hotels for 13 years.
Shirley enjoys entertaining friends at home as well as socialising outside. She belongs to an Archery club and likes to go for walks along promenades when the weather is good.
