Andrea Kershaw

Andrea Kershaw served as an RSA Trustee until 2024.

Andrea is a Director of the House of Creativity consultancy; up until 2018 she worked for 12 years for IDEO working in Organisational and Service Design where she was a partner for five years. Before IDEO she worked at the BBC as Program Manager in its Central Change Team.

Andrea was also a member of the RSA’s People and Remuneration Committee.
