The Fellowship brings together an international community of influential, imaginative and committed people from every field of human endeavour.

What connects them is a shared belief that creativity, curiosity and collaboration remain among the most powerful forces for progress – and that better futures are built when people are willing to think beyond the boundaries of their own discipline, experience or perspective.

To become a Fellow – to become an FRSA – is to be recognised for your work, your ideas and your ambitions, and it is an invitation into a lifelong community of creativity, exchange and learning. Fellows act with curiosity, honesty and care. They listen well. They share what they know. They challenge kindly but firmly when something is wrong.

Fellowship is a way of conducting yourself in the world.
