Tania Coke (Japan)

Tania Coke co-directs a physical theatre company and school in Osaka, specialising in the art of Corporeal Mime. Our school is open to anyone interested in the expressive and creative power of the human body. Tania previously worked as a management consultant in London and Paris, and often steps back into the corporate world to teach creativity and communication workshops. Tania is also a qualified mediator and writes regularly about conflict management and workplace communication.

Suning Zhang (China)

Suning Zhang is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (RSA) and has been active in the Fellowship since 2015. He is based in Zhejiang, China. His expertise spans human capital development, leadership, organisational transformation, and social innovation. He is particularly passionate about advancing the RSA’s mission in China by fostering Fellowship engagement, developing local hubs, and translating RSA programmes into meaningful regional action. His current focus is on building bridges between the RSA’s global initiatives and Chinese Fellows, leaders, and institutions to support inclusive and sustainable impact across the region.

Germen Hon (Hong Kong)

Mr Tung Hiu Germen Hon has joined RSA as a Life Fellow since 2016 and has been the Hong Kong community leader since 2017. He is now an Adjunct Lecturer of Lingnan University, Hong Kong and Distinguished Professor of Parul University, India(NAAC: A++). He is also the Councillor & Teacher Trainer (Education Bureau Project) of Hong Kong Federation of Education Workers (the largest professional teachers’ association in Hong Kong with over 68,000 members and 4 seats at the 8th HKSAR Legislative Council).

Eugene Seow (Singapore)

Dr Eugene Seow is a Singapore-based music educator, researcher, and practitioner working across contemporary music pedagogy, ensemble practice, and creative health. He lectures in higher education and supervises practice-led research, with a focus on rhythm, listening, and embodied musicianship in popular and vernacular traditions. His work bridges performance, pedagogy, and reflective practitioner inquiry, with particular interest in how artists and institutions translate creative practice into sustainable educational and cultural impact. As part of the RSA community, he is keen to contribute to cross-sector dialogue around creative learning, cultural sustainability, and the public value of artistic practice in education and society.

Shona Benson (Singapore)

A theatre director, dramaturg, actor, writer, educator, and cultural entrepreneur. Although originally from Scotland, Shona has lived and worked overseas for over 20 years in Dubai, Australia, and India, and is currently based in Singapore. She recently completed an MA in Arts and Cultural Leadership which led to research into theatre ecosystems and networks, how theatre operates within multicultural cities and its potential within global city networks. Her practice sits at the intersection of artistic creation, organisational leadership, and public value, and she often draws on her experience in engineering, communications, and hospitality when approaching complex challenges within the arts.
