Culture Sprint is designed to give current and future art leaders tools for solving critical business challenges, based on Design Thinking tools. Culture Sprint aims to provide arts professionals with practical tools and solutions to try out and test on their projects, helping to future-proof teams and organisations.
Kate Rolfe FRSA runs The Revels Office, a management consultancy for the arts, and is offering a few complimentary Culture Sprint workshops in early 2021. She welcomes RSA Fellows to join her in sharing insights and ideas, learning new tools and meeting peers in the industry. These sessions are ideal for Heads of Department and Directors who are in a position to integrate new thinking into their teams and strategies going forward, but anyone is welcome who works in or with the arts sector, and who wants to try out new ways of working and solving problems.
