Berwick Creative Guild and Climate Action Berwick and Borders (organised by Nick Jones FRSA, among others) are hosting a special online PechaKucha on the theme of climate change as part of their environmental festival 'Elemental' on Wednesday 22 September 2021. 

The free event will also feature a talk by the artist Gemma Burditt who will be exhibiting at the Gymnasium, a wildlife survey, a vintage fair, and a 'Climate Cafe' where anyone in the community is invited to share ideas and initiatives. A full programme will be available soon.

If you have work that you would like to be considered for selection for the line up of five presentations at the Climate Change PK8 on Wednesday 22 September, please do get in touch with the Berwick Creative Guild team by Friday 6 August at [email protected].

PechaKucha is the snappy presentation format where speakers have just 20 slides and 20 seconds per slide to get their point across. What started out in Tokyo now takes place in over a thousand cities across the world. You can find out more here:
