Andy is a Fellowship Councillor for Asia and Oceania.
Professor Andy Hsu FRSA is an Australian neuroscientist, educator, and entrepreneur recognised internationally for advancing the practical application of brain science. As CEO and Founder of BrainCare360 Technology Group, he leads multi-country teams developing AI-powered neuro-assessment and rehabilitation systems used in over 750 centres across Asia. A Fellow of the Academy of Medical Educators (UK) and long-standing fellow of several scientific academies, he is committed to making brain science accessible and actionable through education and technology. Over the past decade, he has led non-profit neuroscience initiatives at leading medical conferences across Asia and Oceania—efforts formally recognised by the Deputy Prime Minister of Malaysia.
Through global workshops and public engagement, Andy champions creative, evidence-based approaches that help people and communities flourish, reflecting the RSA’s vision of uniting ideas and innovation for social good.
