Ann Packard
Ann is a Fellowship Councillor for Scotland and the English Borders.
Ann Packard’s RSA experience includes, by election, serving on the Trustee Board, the former Advisory Council, the current Fellowship Council and, by election, three terms as RSA Scotland Chairman.
Ann describes herself as a “Networker, Volunteer and Activist with keen interest in civic affairs/public policy and in culture and heritage”. She has experience/expertise gained in the House of Commons enhanced by diverse Public Appointments, all this spanning the public, private and third sectors. By election a former board member of three cultural organisations, she is a member of several culture and heritage bodies and for a period was the UK representative of the former CCA in Cremona, Italy. A former long-standing member of BAIE, IPR and NUJ, she is involved with CPPGs in the Scottish Parliament and one Westminster APPG. Her RIAS Honorary Fellowship was awarded in respect of volunteering for culture and heritage.
